How We Work

The Process Behind Every Engagement

International trade and sourcing sit at the center of how we work. The steps below describe the practical process a client experiences, whether Linxas Group is sourcing on your behalf, consulting on business development, coordinating a commercial relationship, acting as project coordinator, or acting as principal buyer and seller.

Our Process

From First Conversation to Execution

The sequence below is consistent across engagements. How each step is carried out depends on the specific role Linxas Group plays in a given transaction.

01

Understand the Opportunity

We define the product, project, target market, commercial objective, specifications, and operational requirements. This includes volumes, timelines, and any constraints that shape the opportunity.

02

Research and Evaluate

We identify suitable manufacturers, suppliers, buyers, distributors, vendors, or project partners and assess commercial and operational compatibility.

03

Connect the Parties

We facilitate introductions and establish a clear communication framework for how the proposed cooperation will proceed.

04

Structure the Process

Before execution begins, the parties define roles, pricing structure, and responsibilities. We then coordinate quotations, samples, specifications, delivery terms, documentation, budgets, and timelines. Appropriate Incoterms® rules may include EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, or other agreed terms.

05

Support Execution

We follow the agreed process through production, purchasing, implementation, shipment, delivery, or project completion. Where specialized services such as freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or regulatory support are needed, we coordinate with the relevant qualified providers.

06

Develop the Relationship

We support repeat business and longer-term cooperation when the first engagement demonstrates mutual value, and we stay engaged after the initial transaction or project milestone where there is a basis for that relationship.

Depending on the Engagement

The Process Adapts to Our Role

Principal Buyer and Seller

Linxas Group purchases goods directly and manages resale as principal in the transaction.

Sourcing Partner

We identify and assess manufacturers or suppliers on your behalf, without taking title to the goods.

Commercial Intermediary

We coordinate the relationship and communication between two or more independent parties.

Project Coordinator

We support planning, budgeting, and coordination across a defined commercial or business development project. Consulting engagements follow the same agreed process.

Engagement formats include consulting, sourcing partnership, project coordination, commercial intermediation, and direct purchase and resale. The specific activities within each step above are shaped by which role applies, and this is agreed with you at the outset.

A Clear Commercial Framework

Clarity Before Commitment

Our approach is designed to establish a clear commercial framework before commitments are made, so that the relevant parties understand their roles, responsibilities, terms, and expectations from the start. The process does not guarantee a specific supplier, buyer, transaction, regulatory approval, delivery outcome, or commercial result.
