Cookie Policy
This page describes the cookies and browser storage this website actually uses. It is a plain notice from Linxas Group LLC, a company in Allen, Texas. It is not a legal opinion.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to keep and send back on later visits to that same site. Some cookies last only until you close the browser. Others stay until a set date, or until you delete them.
Browsers can also keep information that is not a cookie, such as session storage and local storage. Those stay on your device. This page names them only where this site uses them, and it does not call them cookies.
What this site uses
This site sets one cookie. It is strictly necessary for the contact form. There are no analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies.
People visit from the United States, Türkiye, and Europe. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, rules on storing information on a device generally allow storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you ask for. The cookie below is limited to the security check on the contact form. The Accept button on the notice only records that you have seen the notice. It does not turn any further cookie on, and there is no optional cookie to refuse.
LINXASINQ
This is a PHP session cookie. The site sets it when the contact page loads the security check, or when an inquiry is submitted. Reading the other pages does not set it.
- Purpose: the contact form asks you to complete a short security check. The cookie holds a session identifier so the server can compare your answer with the one it stored for that visit. Page scripts cannot read the cookie.
- How long it lasts: it is a session cookie. It has no expiry date. The browser is asked to drop it when the browsing session ends.
- Settings: HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, path
/, and Secure when the site is served over HTTPS. - Your choice on the notice does not control it. The security check needs this cookie whether or not you click Accept.
Browser storage that is not a cookie
linxas-loader-seen is kept in session storage, not in a cookie. After the opening logo screen, the site stores the value 1 so that screen is not shown again during the same tab session. It is cleared when that session ends. It does not identify you, and it is not used for advertising.
linxas-cookie-consent is kept in local storage, not in a cookie. If you click Accept, the site stores the value accepted. That only remembers the choice in this browser so the notice stays hidden. It is not sent to Linxas Group with the contact form.
Google Fonts
Each page links a stylesheet from fonts.googleapis.com so the browser can display the Source Serif 4 and Inter typefaces. The browser may then request the font files from fonts.gstatic.com. That is a connection to Google in order to show the type. It is not an analytics cookie, and this site does not use it to measure visits or to show ads.
This site does not set a cookie as part of that link. Google receives the technical details needed to deliver the files, such as your IP address. How Google handles that request is described by Google.
How long your notice choice is kept
The Accept choice stays in local storage under the name linxas-cookie-consent until you clear site data or local storage for this website, or until you use a browser that does not keep that storage. There is no expiry date on it. It is not sent to our servers.
If you clear it, or if you use another browser or device, the notice appears again. Clearing it does not remove the need for the LINXASINQ session cookie when you use the contact form.
How to control cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you see and delete cookies and site data from the privacy or settings menu. Deleting cookies for this site removes LINXASINQ. If that cookie is blocked, the contact form security check may not work, and you may need to allow the cookie or refresh the page before an inquiry can be sent.
Clearing site data for this website also removes the notice choice and the opening-screen flag. The notice can appear again, and the opening screen can play again in a new tab session.
